Ever since I was 7 years old and went with my father to collect the rents on one of his Fort Worth Avenue properties in Dallas, I knew I was going to be in the real estate business someday. My dream came true when I petitioned the courts to allow me to obtain my real estate license 3 years before the legal age limit. The judge declared my “Disabilities of a Minor” were removed and I was allowed to obtain my real estate license at the age of 18. I have been actively involved in commercial, residential and oil and gas properties for 40 years.
